Patient Service Officer - Multiple locations islandwide, clinic #HZOT

Location: Novena, Katong, Paragon, Woodleigh, Punggol

Duration: 3 months contract to perm

Working hours: depends on each clinic - 5/5.5day workweek

Salary: up to $2800

Job description:

· Provide receptionist duties at front counter

· Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system

· Able to apply basic patient care

· Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties

· Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement

· Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Job requirements:

Minimum N/O/A/ nitec/ diploma in any discipline

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare industry or customer service
