Part Time Recruitment Officer

Job location: Lorong Chuan New Tech Park

Main responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling with the list of leads provided

- Responsible for talent acquisition

- Manage the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process

- Effectively track the recruitment process

- Post job listings on various platforms

- Screen through resumes and contact suitable candidates

- Conduct preliminary round of interviews

Things to note:

- Phone and number line will be provided

- Other required electronics will be provided if necessary

- Work will be done fully on site and in office in order to track working hours

- Training will be provided

- Fresh grads are welcome

Requirements:

- ⁠The ability to speak proper and fluent English

- ⁠Min. qualifications: Local Diploma of any field (A levels accepted too)

-⁠ ⁠Min. commitment is 10 hours a week

-⁠ ⁠Able to commit during office working hours

Salary Range:

$10-$15/hour as a start, convertible to full time if results are good
