Part-time Mooncake Kitchen Assistant

The Clean Addicts is a homegrown wholefoods bakery known for our clean, delicious, and nourishing bakes. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to support our Mid-Autumn mooncake production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production of mooncakes and other bakery items to meet order requirements

• Prepare, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy

• Assist in preparing, shaping, and pressing mooncake dough with attention to consistency and texture

• Conduct quality checks and ensure product consistency

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Take stock of inventory

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Singaporean or PR only

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate required

• Able to stand for long hours

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Independent and reliable with a willingness to learn

• Prior kitchen or F&B production experience is a bonus

• Must be able to commit at least 2–3 weekdays (full or half days) from Tuesday to Friday each week

– Availability needed from mid-July to 3 October 2025
