Part -Time Customer Service Assistant @Punggol

-Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
-Perform general administrative duties.
-Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Requirements

-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel
-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work 3 to 4 days a week (including both weekends) ; Duration : 5 to 9.5 hrs
-Able to work at "retail hours" (nights and weekends)
