Outreach & Events Executive ( 6 Months Contract | Cybersecurity Programmes)

Summary:

Join a national movement to promote cybersecurity awareness across schools and communities.
This is a 6-month contract role based in Central Singapore, with potential relocation to Punggol Digital District in 2026 if extended.

What You’ll Do:

• Run outreach programmes for students, parents, seniors, and educators
• Manage event logistics, sign-ups, and publicity
• Coordinate with schools, community groups, and public/private partners
• Provide on-site support at talks, roadshows, and events
• Handle post-event reporting and follow-ups

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of outreach, events, or comms experience
• Experience managing communication across multiple platforms (e.g. emails, social media, webinars online events etc.)
• Strong project coordination and people skills
• Clear writing and confident communication
• Independent, hands-on, and responsive

Job Details:

• Contract: 6 months (extension subject to need)
• Location: Central Singapore, Punggol from 2026 if extended
• Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours (With occasional event support on evenings or weekends)
• Salary: up to $4000/month
