Order Fulfilment Coordinator(6 months Contract)

Responsible in providing assistance in the order fulfilment process, which includes handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment and delivery of orders to customers.

Responsible to coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders during the order fulfilment process. Systematic and logical, he/she is required to assist customers in fulfilling orders and understand customer needs.

KEY TASKS:

1. Perform sales orders tasks

• Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders.
• Prepare all shipping related documents, especially export documentation.
• Input updates (sales orders, purchase orders, credit/debit notes, etc) in Company ERP (SAP) promptly.

2. Perform delivery , shipping and customer service tasks

• Execute logistics services that meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure local delivery timelines are met.
• Support the monitoring of lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, forwarders and customers on orders /shipment / payment issues.

3. Support business admin tasks

• Monitor and update ageing list and account receivables.
• Update sales, inventory and account receivable reports.
• Any ad-hoc assignments assigned within reason.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline.
2. Basic working experience with SAP ERP and SAP Business Network (Ariba Network) is preferred.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. One year or more relevant work experience.
