Operations Support Officer (5 Mths Contract | Up to$2.5K |North-East Region)

📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Punggol
🕒 Working Hours:
• Mon–Thurs: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (incl. 30-min lunch break)
• Fri: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (incl. 30-min lunch break)
📅 Contract Duration: 5 months (4 Aug 2025 – 31 Dec 2025)
💰 Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,500/month

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of school premises and equipment
• Lock/unlock rooms, classrooms, and other school facilities
• Open/close windows, doors, and school gates as required
• Provide logistical and manpower support for school events and activities
• Assist in setting up furniture, equipment, refreshments, etc.
• Support other operations officers and relief duties as assigned
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties by school leadership

Requirements

• Physically and mentally fit for hands-on duties
• Able to communicate in simple English
• 1–2 years of experience in school or cleaning/logistics roles preferred
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
