Operations Officer

Job Description:

1. Follow-up on outstanding order, delivery schedule;
2. Prepare shipping documentation and arrange incoming & outgoing regional shipment;
3. Receive and process incoming goods and outgoing shipments unload and unpack goods;
4. Scan, sort and organize goods by brands to ensure easier tracking;
5. Labels and place the goods in the appropriate section of the warehouse for storage;
6. Maintaining accurate inventory records of all goods and products stored in the warehouse;
7. Pick, pack and verify the correct quantities and prepare the items for shipment.
8. Generate shipping documentation such as packing slips or shipping labels for orders and items;
9. Organize warehouse space, keep warehouse clean and organized daily;
10. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing to update the team on inventory levels, order fulfilment and other tasks;
11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or in related field
• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve processes
• Proficient in MS Office application
