Operations Executive Staff - East Side

Location: East Side

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09.00am to 06.30pm)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Support regional anti-doping efforts including testing logistics and reporting

· Assist in workshops, seminars, and member country engagements

· Manage admin tasks, social media updates, and official documentation

· Handle TUE, results management, procurement, and financial paperwork

· Work closely with the Director-General on strategic operations

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science, Health, Social Sciences, or Business

· Fresh grads welcome; experience in Southeast Asian sport is a bonus

· Strong communication in English (other SEA languages are a plus)

· Skilled in MS Office and digital tools

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
