Overall Responsibilities

• Responsible for campuses level procurement of supplies, materials, equipment and inventory management.
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the requirements.
• Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organisational requirements and expectation.
• Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
• Responsible for creating PRF and PO as required and ensuring timely approval is obtained from higher management and parties involved.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time through ensuring all invoices are timely signed and passed onto the Finance team for payment.
• Assists the Operation Team as and when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relavant experience in school setting (preferred).
• Good communication skill & positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Candidates with relevant work experience and proficiency in MS Office application is an added advantage.
