Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Development team to provide technical support in executing product strategies, roadmaps, and launch plans that aligns with company goals and market demands.
- Provide technical support for product development and assist with any emergency technical matters that arise.
- Understand and analyse product requirements, features, and specifications from market and customer research.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
- Develop product stress test in ensuring that they meet customer and industry requirements, at the same time, determining necessary product limitations to ensure successful product commercialization and installation method realization.
- Develop operating/user/troubleshooting manuals for all new and existing products.
- Conduct trainings programs to upkeep the skills and capabilities of our inhouse technicians.
- Conduct constant review of current operations’ work method and propose continuous improvement activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s governance activities in certification renewal, including ISO9001, BizSafe, etc.
- Prepare weekly, periodic and monthly reports for meeting.
- Monitor company premises’ M&E maintenance and operations, and carry out necessary scheduling of maintenance works.
- Coordinate with all contractors and/or vendors for necessary repair works and get quotations from related contractors and/or vendors when required.
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out following WSH regulations.
- Assist Sales Team in site assessment and mock ups.
- Provide immediate response to resolve customers’ complaints.
- Assist with planning, scheduling for site jobs.
- Any other relevant works as may be required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experiences in Building Services (e.g. BMS, BAS, ACMV, Fire Protection/Fire Alarm, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills as well as problem solving skills.
- Able to work responsibly and independently.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
