Roles & Responsibilities

Support employees’ training, performance reviews, disciplinary and talent development across departments, driving continuous growth and skill enhancement.
Control departmental expenses, manage employees’ schedules, and optimize resource utilization to maintain operational efficiency.
Work closely with interdepartmental teams to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Recruit, motivate, and manage a skilled and dedicated team, fostering a high-performance culture through leadership and continuous development.
Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation to improve profitability

Requirements:

- Bachlore Degree/Diploma

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets,

-At least 4 years of experience

- Accept overtime and shift worK
