OPERATION MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support employees’ training, performance reviews, disciplinary and talent development across departments, driving continuous growth and skill enhancement.
• Control departmental expenses, manage employees’ schedules, and optimize resource utilization to maintain operational efficiency.
• Work closely with interdepartmental teams to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Recruit, motivate, and manage a skilled and dedicated team, fostering a high-performance culture through leadership and continuous development.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation to improve profitability

Requirements:

- Bachlore Degree/Diploma

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets,

-At least 4 years of experience

- Accept overtime and shift worK

-Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
