• Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Delegate responsibilities and tasks to team members, ensuring alignment with operational objectives.
• Develop and manage the operational budget, forecasting expenses and allocating resources effectively.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures to optimize operational spending.
• Establish operational plans for the business function.
• Facilitate innovation and lead managers to manage change.
• Help with the innovation process within the organization.
