operation manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
• Find the new project which is Soil investigation job and Insturmentation (Install piezzomter water stand pipe) work and able to communicate with site person

we are looking for the person who can able to control the site which is mainly do the soil investigation job and Installing Instrumentation work which is install water stand pipe Piezzometer Vibratrion etc.

This position is operation manager that manage the site and at the same time looking for the next project for any other Soil investigation or Insturumenation work in Singapore

Hence, Candidate should have expereince on any soil investigation and insturmenation job any other project in singapore.

If have LTA project involved there will be more preffered.
