Operation Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage operation activities of outlets across Singapore
• Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Drive service quality and customer satisfaction
• Lead outlet managers to develop organizational strategies
• In charge of procurement of raw materials (at HQ level) and warehousing
• Any other tasks being assigned

Requirements

• Be organized and meticulous
• Have experience in laundry industry
• Communicate with Taiwan colleagues. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential
• Positive mindset and self-driven individual
