Operation Executive

Job Description

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer queries and ensure that all matters are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend regular update meetings with customers
• Plan and manage the allocation of the manpower of the operations team at the various work sites
• Analyse data for basic signs and indications of potential problems
• Maintain company level accreditations, registrations and workheads with the relevant authorities
• Ensure that SOP and manuals are updated and compliant with the latest regulations and accreditation standards
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that SOPs are adhered to and take corrective actions when necessary
• Conduct site surveys for potential sites and identify areas where we can add value
• Prepare documents for tender submissions
• Prepare risk assessment, method of work and complete necessary permits applications

Requirements

• Degree in PFM preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Well-organised and pro-active
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Strong logical reasoning ability and efficient in problem solving
