Occupation Health & Safety Program Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with corporate clients in Singapore to understand their workplace health, safety, and regulatory needs.

- Design and develop tailored OHS program solutions that align with client policies, risk profiles, and compliance standards.

- Conduct workplace assessments and synthesize findings into actionable reports and recommendations.

- Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of programs.

- Stay informed of local OHS trends, challenges, and updates (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health Act) to provide relevant recommendations.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and refine program offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., leadership, marketing, operations) to ensure program materials are client-centric, up-to-date, and locally relevant.

- Track key performance indicators related to program impact, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement opportunities.
