Nutrition & Food Science Assist - Cho Chu Kang

Working hrs: 42hrs/weekly

Location: Cho Chu Kang

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplaces in Cookery Rooms and Food Labs.

2. Assisting Teachers: Assist teachers in preparing ingredients for practical lessons.

3. Inventory Management: Keep stock of ingredients in Food Labs to ensure sufficient supplies.

4. Cleaning and Clearing: Clear Food Labs after lessons, including cleaning workbenches, sinks, and floors.

5. Other Duties: Perform any other relevant duties assigned by school supervisors and leaders

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Language: Able to speak and understand simple English.

2. Education: Completed at least primary school education.

3. Hygiene: Ability to observe strict hygiene when preparing food ingredients.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Experience: Experience as an NFS Assistant in schools.

2. Traits: Service excellence, service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and efficiency in meeting work deadlines.
