Network and Cloud Support Engineer

· Responsible for project management, On-Premise Network Management, Cloud Deployment, implementation, testing, support, maintenance of Cloud Hosting Environment and support of the Application developed by the company

· Provide support, act as liaison/ consultant for Deployment of SaaS solution on the Cloud Environment.

· Provide support for SaaS solutions on the Cloud Environment offered by the Company.

· Responsible for testing out different tools used for Code Scanning, Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing on our environment.

· Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing Hosting environment to support changes in the technology and business environment.

· Provide good service and timely response to the needs of external customers and within the office
