Job Description:
We are hiring Motorcycle Field Collections Riders to perform outdoor debt recovery visits and address verifications across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Perform field visits to debtor addresses for payment collection, address verification, and delivery of letters.
• Conduct face-to-face engagements with debtors in a professional and respectful manner.
• Submit timely reports on field activities and update case officers.
• Work closely with the collections team to support investigations and follow-up actions.
• Escalate challenging cases for office support when required.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 2B motorcycle license.
• Able to handle outdoor work and face-to-face debtor interactions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• No prior experience needed — full training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in field work, collections, enforcement, or investigations will have an advantage.
