Your Role
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll drive brand visibility and consumer engagement across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Marketing Assistant Director, you’ll lead integrated campaigns that elevate our brands and fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute creative marketing communications projects, from brand-building programs to digital/social campaigns and promotional activations.
- Omnichannel Leadership: Orchestrate owned, earned, and paid media (PR, digital, social, influencer) for a unified brand experience.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with agencies, mall landlords, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- PR & Events: Host media/influencer events, tastings, and launch activities to amplify product launches and brand awareness.
- Budget Optimization: Maximize impact across digital/print channels while controlling expenditures and prioritizing ROI-driven initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leads and stakeholders to align marketing plans with commercial goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in marketing communications, preferably in F&B/ service industries. Proven success in fast-paced environments.
- Skills:
Expertise in digital/social media, PR, and campaign management.
Strong budget and agency management abilities.
Excellent bilingual communication (English & Mandarin); proficiency in Chinese software required.
Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage.
