Marketing Communications Executive

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Communications Executive at Suncare SG, you will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful narratives that amplify our mission of supporting the well-being of children and youths. This role offers the opportunity to design engaging collaterals, drive marketing campaigns, and create electronic direct mails (EDMs) that resonate with diverse stakeholders to raise awareness, drive advocacy and expand our reach. Key Responsibilities:

Your job scope shall include but not limited to:

Strategise through a diverse range of media communications & content plans, utilising a variety of digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and optimise engagement with measurable results. This includes building a content library and editorial calendar.

- Develop Annual Reports, Social Impact Reports, Corporate presentations, brochures, other collaterals and online materials in line with Suncare SG’s vision and mission.

- Assist in corporate events, in-house and external outreach activities, including providing on-ground photography and videography support.

- Collaborate with partners & stakeholders for communication efforts; ensure messaging is consistent.

- Work closely with the programme team to design EDMs and capture meaningful pictures and footages for publicity.

- Be familiar with, and comply to PDPA requirements; ensure the same by partners, volunteers, etc.

- Stay updated on current marketing and communication trends and best practices related to the role.

Qualifications and Skills

- At least a Diploma in Media & Design, mass communications or its equivalent.

- Excellent skills in organizational/planning/time management.

- People-oriented, willing to work on the ground, and a passion to serve.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, good with managing relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders, including partners, volunteers.

- Creativity, adaptability, a proactive and collaborative mindset.

- Able to work effectively in a team and have a high degree of independence, self-management.

- Able to work on weekends whenever required.
