Main Responsibilities
· Responds to membership enquiries via phone call and email
· Process membership requests including updating of account details, cancellation, merger of accounts and more
· Coordination with Finance on membership rebate adjustment
· Tracking of monthly active and expired accounts
· Checking and testing of membership campaign set-ups
· Set-up of push notifications, SMS and EDM blast
· Filtering of weekly exception reports
· Managing reports for membership analysis and/or rewards
Requirements
· Possesses initiative to continually improve own self
· Self-motivated with a keen interest to understand company’s direction and objectives
· Always ready to accept new challenges and job scope
· Ability to follow through tasks briefed and projects assigned
· Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
· Efficient communication with fellow colleagues, external departments and suppliers
· Works well in a team as well as independently
· Fast thinker and understand instructions easily
