Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support NPI activities including process development, tooling, cost strategies, sourcing, quality, testing, and supply chain integration.
• Lead manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic production and testing.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines to ensure success and profitability.
• Develop manufacturing documentation (OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, specs).
• Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant professional certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for BOM comparison and analysis
• 2–5 years of experience in a related Assistant Engineer role
• Strong problem-solving skills with innovative engineering solutions
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
