Responsibilities

The Manager, Regional Risk is responsible for leading the risk and assurance processes for the Operations Excellence Project Delivery team across the APAC region, ensuring all major change projects complete their assurance processes effectively. It focuses on aligning with benefits realization and start-up performance of large-scale projects. Additionally, the role involves providing analytical data and reporting on active projects to the APAC COO, facilitating informed decision-making and identifying any risks or deviations related to Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) or service quality.

• Set up an efficient monthly reporting and review process (with simple reporting templates, data visualizations/dashboards, etc.) to support detailed country project reviews
• Ensure that all required project documentation is completed to quality standards, kept up to date, available throughout the project and maintained in the project database
• Build strong working relationships and ensure delivery of appropriate communication to all stakeholders
• Obtain feedback from all stakeholders at critical assurance areas to ensure that project efforts meet customer and BCA expectations
• Conduct health checks and quality management reviews to review performance, identifying points of risk and making recommendations for improvements that lead to risk minimization and successful project delivery
• Establish quality reviews and reporting on assurance scores to protect against underperformance
• Deploy previous lessons learnt output and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Enable transparency by leveraging digital tools and dashboards to drive progress of projects
• Responsible for managing and governing the DePICT project management methodology and risk management process

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the Supply Chain industry and operational experience. He/She should have expertise in the project management and change management methodology and the ability to work effectively across APAC regional cultures and business norms.

• More than 5 years of experience working in the supply chain and logistics industry
• Understanding of operational excellence role & responsibilities and operating model
• Good interpersonal communication (verbal & written)
• Experienced with Data Analytics Tools such as Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations
• Communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities
