Management Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Lead and manage operation team, front and back-of-house staffs across the assigned cafe outlet to deliver high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic.
• Provide professional training and guidance on hard skills for all barista with company’s standard.
• Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, goals and cost saving practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to operation team and cafe managers on addressing the service, organisation and cost issues.
• Research and develop opportunities and plans, understanding market requirements, identify market trends in F&B, and suggest improvements to achieve the company's goals and profits.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder only
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant knowledge of F&B management, systems and procedures
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities, highly driven with strong work ethic, personal integrity and excellent leadership qualities
