Logistics Officer (Customer Service)

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and orders
• Liaise with customer's forwarders for shipment arrangement
• Backorder and returns management
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE "O" Levels
• Customer Service Orientated and team player

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday), 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (Saturday),

Contract Terms: 1-year contract
