Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Collaborate with Inventory, Ecommerce, Shipping, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure proper storage allocation for incoming goods and timely updates on any defects or discrepancies found on products.
• Liaise with relevant departments on discrepancies or defect issues found on products.
• Ensure orders and returns are sent out and received according to SLA given.
• Coordinate with and manage vendors, including WMS providers, 3rd-party logistics providers, and transportation vendors.
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to retail outlets and customers.
• Quality Checks on products.
• Assist the HOD to manage daily operations and other related matters.

People Management

• Ensure subordinates follow SOPs given.
• Coordinate manpower to assist other departments.
• Perform supervisory duties where needed, including but not limited to staff performance appraisals

Other Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ordering & replenishment of Packaging Materials.
• Order necessities for OFC usage.
• Update reports, print product barcodes and sales orders.
• Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Able to multi-task on multi-system platforms
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and regulations
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
