Leasing Executive/Manager

Responsibility

• Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)
• Prepare leasing documents
• Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices
• Manage tenant relationships, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions
• Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing
• Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately captured in Yardi System
• Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant/s
• Cold-calling prospective tenants
• Maintain proper emails and relevant ‘paper’ trails on all offers and negotiations on proposed terms
• Seeking relevant approval prior to reverting key commercial terms to prospective tenants
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

Pre-requisites

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related discipline
• Perferably 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing, preferably in a Industrial environment.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Possess initiative, self-motivation and a target driven-mentality
• Keen to develop digital marketing skills and social media platform management

· Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
