Lead Generation Specialist (Part Time)

Sales Caller Role Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients to introduce products or services and create sales opportunities
• Assess leads and arrange appointments for the sales team
• Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and drive sales conversions
• Achieve or surpass company sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients
• Stay informed on product details and industry trends to present offerings effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities
• Capability to overcome objections and remain driven in a goal-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and the sales process
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
