KY11 - Tuition Centre Executive Manager [Outlet Operations]

Centre Manager (Tuition Centre)
Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-230pm
Location: Punggol (SAFRA Punggol)
Salary: $2.5k - $3k

Job Description:

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
• Streamline work processes
• Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
• To take on tuition classes
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
• Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
• Training of new hires
• Handle firsthand issues for the outlet
• Providing regular updates to the management
• Any other operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Prior tutoring experience
