To support our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager/Executive to drive sales, expand our client base, and strengthen partnerships in the tourism and transport sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in tourism, corporate travel, and transport services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (hotels, travel agencies, MICE planners, corporate clients, etc.).
• Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position the company effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in tourism, transport, or hospitality).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore’s tourism/transport industry is a plus.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
