Inventory Control Specialist (1 year contract)

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting efficient warehouse and production operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee excess inventory management for ASG and AMM sites.
• Lead initiatives to reduce excess inventory through analysis, strategizing, and implementing plans/offers to suppliers or the open market.
• Generate regular inventory reports, providing key insights and recommended actions to management.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Proven track record in managing and reducing excess inventory.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to start on short notice is preferred.
