What You’ll Be Doing You’ll support our team across a variety of exciting activities including:

1. Product and Ingredient Testing – Help evaluate new ingredients, taste-test recipes, and explore new product formats
2. Data Tabulation & Analysis – Assist in compiling testing results, yield data, survey responses, and demo feedback
3. Competitor Research – Benchmark against industry players and explore global food trends
4. Demo & Tasting Sessions – Support food preparation and presentation for internal and external stakeholders
5. Consumer Feedback – Assist in running consumer taste tests and surveys to gather real-world insights
6. New Product Support – Be involved in development, testing, and rollout planning of innovative food items

Requirements We’re looking for someone who is:

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary, or related fields
2. Passionate about food, especially trends in pizza and casual dining
3. Strong in basic kitchen skills and comfortable working around food preparation
4. Analytical and detail-oriented, with good skills in Excel and report writing
5. Proactive, creative, and able to work independently or in a team
6. Available for a full-time internship (preferably 3 to 6 months)
7. Prior experience in F&B or culinary R&D (bonus, not a must)
