Interior Designer/ Designer Coordinator

Full time role (Non Commission)

To identify Client's needs and requirements.

On-site visit for measurements.

Prepare space planning, design concept, material and finishes.

Prepare construction and detail drawings for renovation.

Prepare submission to relevant authorities if required upon renovation.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors.

Site coordination during renovation phase till project handover.

Requirement:

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds max Vray and/or Sketch up Vray.

Experienced in Interior Design works for Residential, Commercial Office, F&B and Retail.

Good communication and writing skills.

Able to work as a team.

Self motivated.
