🧠 What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and inspire a team of financial consultants and sales specialists

Oversee daily operations, performance tracking, and team development

Drive strategic sales growth—yes, we're growing fast and don’t plan to slow down

Create a positive and vibrant culture within your team

Collaborate closely with upper management on business planning

Identify training needs and nurture future leaders

✅ We’d Love If You Have:

An Associate’s Degree or higher (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is ideal)

BUT if you don’t have the exact academic background but have:

Great people skills

Solid sales or management experience

High emotional intelligence

A natural leadership presence

💰 What’s In It For You:

Base Salary: SGD $6,000 - $10,000/month, depending on experience

Performance Bonus: Up to 6 figures annually for top performers

Leadership Override Commissions
