The Leaseweb APAC team is growing quickly and looking for talented individuals to join us.
Within Leaseweb, the Sales organization takes responsibility for the full sales cycle. From engaging prospects (business development) to seeking new opportunities to increase the services to existing customers (account management). The team is multi-cultural and consists of eager professionals full of drive and ambition. We are constantly innovating and seeking new ways to improve, and we need talented individuals to help us continue our growth.
What is the role about?
The focus of this role is on managing a high volume of small accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic inside sales initiatives, and leveraging sales engagement tools to maximize efficiency. This position emphasizes a combination of individual contribution and Team Management, helping to develop and enhance the inside sales team’s performance. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and drive sales initiatives across the APAC region, particularly focusing on Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong, excluding Japan. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while also acquiring new business through proactive sales engagement. The role requires extensive use of sales engagement tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation and customer outreach.
