Job Purpose
To support and growth business
Key Responsibilities
1. You will manage and develop the portfolio of potential and existing customers, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, handle orders, and keep track of customers’ orders.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication.
3. To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company’s products.
4. Communicate with all internal departments related to customer requirements.
5. Update regular report.
6. Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
7. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Needs to prepare Annual Budget for portfolio handle.
2. Join Marketing on all marketing plan and discussion.
Knowledge and skill requirements
1. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
2. ERP software - Familiar with SAP B1 would be an add advantage.
3. Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs efficiently.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively
6. Strong presentation skillset.
7. 2-4 years’ experience should be required.
8. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or qeuivalent
Working Conditions
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. May require occasional travel.
