HR & Payroll Executive

• Preparing and processing monthly payroll, including managing leave, overtime, and other payroll-related activities
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR and/or payroll role, preferably in the accounting or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, as well as relevant Singapore labour laws and regulations
• Proficient in using payroll and HR management software
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
