Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Own the full recruitment cycle for operational and temporary positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and on-boarding processes).
- Ensure timely hiring within defined SLAs while maintaining quality.
2. Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Leverage cost-effective channels to build robust talent pipelines.
- Continuously explore innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates.
3. Employer Branding & Events
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns (digital content, flyers, referral programs).
- Plan and execute job fairs, in-house recruitment events, and campus engagements.
4. Internship Program Leadership
- Manage end-to-end student internship programs, including partnerships with educational institutions.
- Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to hiring managers and interns.
5. Compliance & Administration
- Support foreign worker permit applications and contract renewals.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize strategies.
- Execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
