Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration, coordinating with vendors across multiple countries
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across regions
  • Coordinate training and development programs for local and overseas employees
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives across offices
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related concerns, including international support
  • Liaise with local HR consultants/service providers to ensure compliance with local labour laws
  • Monitor and track changes in labour laws and assist in regional compliance efforts

Administrative:

  • Oversee office administrative functions such as supplies management, facilities coordination, and vendor liaison
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and company events across locations
  • Manage administrative documentation, including contracts and internal records
  • Provide general support to senior management and cross-functional teams as needed
  • Assist in organizing corporate meetings and preparing minutes or presentation materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources
  • 3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and basic understanding of labour legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across cultures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, multi-country environment
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
