HR & Admin Executive

Our Client, service and solutions company that manages the latest technologies comprehensively, with a focus on semiconductors and cybersecurity. Discover, propose, and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI, IoT, and autonomous driving.

The Challenges

• Responsible for employees mandatory contributions including leave administration and management.
• Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of daily HR operations, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development
• Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit process.
• Maintain and ensure accurate HR database and up-to-date employees record.
• Co-ordinate employees insurance renewal and updates.
• Keep abreast of the latest governments initiatives, regulations and requirements and responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation.
• Liaise with departments for staff benefits & welfare (i.e., monthly staff expenses claim, office parking and etc.)
• Co-ordinate training and development activities.
• Support company events and welfare activities.
• Support office administration and maintenance.
• Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time.

What It Takes

• Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in related field.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
• Meticulous and neat with details.
• People oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
