Head Baker

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Prepare (including frost and bake) cakes in a variety of shapes;
• Mould fondant decorations independently;
• Assembly of finished products (including, in particular, customized buttercream cakes with fondant decorations) without supervision;
• Mentor and guide junior Cake Artist & Bakers within the Company;
• Contribute ideas effectively to, and assist, the management of the Company on executing marketing and business development strategies.

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
• At least 5 years experience decorating customised cakes, including handling of fondant.
• Good attention to detail.
