We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Hair Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure our salon runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hair and beauty salon
• Manage and motivate a team of hairstylists, beauticians, and front desk staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and staff training
• Resolve client concerns and maintain a positive salon experience
• Work closely with management on promotions, revenue goals, and service improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a salon or similar beauty business
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hair care, beauty products, and industry trends
• Ability to lead a team and handle client relations effectively
• Business-minded with attention to detail and operational efficiency
