What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Client Growth Support

• Assist in lead generation, outbound campaigns, CRM management
• Prepare and support client proposals and onboarding materials

Marketing Initiatives

• Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and events
• Draft marketing content (with support from AI tools/templates) and track KPIs

Business Operations

• Set up and optimize internal workflows (project tracking, reporting dashboards)
• Support project management across client and internal teams

Product & Customer Research

• Assist with user discovery interviews for the new SaaS platform
• Summarize findings into actionable product and marketing recommendations

Analytics & Decision Support

• Build and maintain basic dashboards on business KPIs
• Provide insights to support leadership decision-making

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years experience (internships included)
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, or marketing automation is a plus
• Interest in consulting, SaaS, entrepreneurship, or B2B industries
