Furniture Consultant

Job Scope:

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Provide product information (training will be provided)
• Prepare and send quotations
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production)
• Perform basic admin duties (filing, data entry, order tracking)

Requirements:

• Singaporean or PR (female preferred due to office setup)
• Able to speak English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Friendly, organised, and willing to learn
• Prior office or customer service experience is a bonus
