Salary Range: $3300-$3700

About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Lead Teacher who will take the lead in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate English-language curriculum for young children. You will provide guidance to assistant teachers, communicate closely with families, and help shape a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of English language and literacy activities
• Guide and mentor assistant teachers and support staff
• Monitor and document children's learning and development
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

• Advance Certificate In Early Childhood Care and Education (L1 certified)
• Start Immediately
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Prior experience in a childcare or preschool setting
• Passionate, responsible, and team-oriented
• Execute curriculum and manage classroom independently
