Full Time F&B Oil Wok @ Waterway Point / Jewel

Salary: $2900 - $3300

Working hours : 6 days per week, 10am to 10pm

Job Scope:

- Manage oil temperature precisely, execute consistent frying quality, and handle 3-5 dishes simultaneously without compromising standards.

- Maintain oil clarity, follow oil change schedules, and use safety tools to prevent splashes or burns.

- Report on time, follow instructions, and commit to weekends, public holidays, and long-hour shifts without tardiness or absence.

- Complete prep work on time, manage inventory accurately, and avoid over-preparation to reduce waste.

Requirement:

- 2 to 5 years work experience

- Hold a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

- Comfortable to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as scheduled

- Able to work under pressure and efficiently

- Possess learning and growth mindset in terms of knowledge and skillsets
