Front Desk Receptionist

We are expanding and looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients see when they walk in.

Your Role:

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heart of our client experience. You will handle daily front desk operations, manage appointments, and ensure every client is welcomed with a smile.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly attitude
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support administrative tasks and daily operational needs
• Coordinate closely with beauticians and team members
• Promote packages or services when needed (training provided)

Requirements:

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
• Able to speak English and basic Mandarin (for Chinese-speaking clients)
• Service-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
• Prior experience in reception/customer service is an advantage
• Familiar with beauty or wellness industry is a plus
• Able to work on weekends and shifts
