Front Desk Executive (Pet Shop)

Job Description & Requirements

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and
• Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team and Doggy Daycare on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products and maintain inventory
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements and skills

5 Day Work Week (have to work on Fridays - Sundays)

Able to handle and take care of dogs and cats

Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written) to communicate with mandarin speaking clients.

Strong communication, people skills and Problem-solving skills

Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Able to perform Basic Grooming skills is a plus point
